Welcome to Lecale Riding Club

We are a friendly riding club located in the Temple area with members from Comber to Ballynahinch, and some from further afield!

We cater for all levels of riding and horse ability and have a year round schedule that emcompases lessons in flatwork and jumping, hacks, social meets, competitions and much more!  Take a look at our schedule and feel free to contact us at lecaleridingclub@gmail.com

• We normally meet on alternate Tuesdays each month.
• We are mostly senior members but have a small junior section.
• Club nights are mostly based at Lusks Equestrian in the winter months and a variety of places in the summer to facilitate xc, arena eventing, demos etc.
• There is the opportunity to compete at the NI Riding Club Championships and NIRC Interclub leagues and events.
• Over the winter we host flatwork and jumping lessons with talented coaches.

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December annually.  Membership for 2023 was due by 31st January however, we welcome new members throughout the year.  Membership fees are £40 for a senior rider for the year, with reduced fees for non-riders and juniors.   Our membership form is available on the "About Us" page.

Details about upcoming events can be found on our "Schedule" page and on Facebook.  We also host a WhatsApp "Notice Board" for us to post details of what is coming up so that members can be kept informed.  If you have any dies for events, please get in touch as we are always loking for new ideas!  Members and non-members are able to keep up to date with our activities via Facebook!
